My name's Bryony (or Shane - Shane is a sort of social media name that I use and one that my closer friends know me as), and I'm a writer and reader! Most of the posts I'll be uploading will either be about my own stories or books I've read and loved and just messily fan over them. I'll never post a bad review on here. I mainly review contemporary/young adult books because I find that fantasy is hard to condense into a review, but I still adore both genres.
Where I'm at with writing: I'm currently querying/participating in Twitter pitch parties! I write YA fantasy and contemporary, and am currently under review with a publisher! Where I'm at with reading: I'm a massive fan of Sarah J. Maas, Leigh Bardugo and Maggie Stiefvater. I love Maggie's books as she injects fantasy into reality and really makes that work and she was my first love for an author. In young adult, I love Sara Barnard, Jennifer Niven, Nicola Yoon, and am intensely anticipating Katherine Webber's next novel after completely falling in love with Wing Jones.
